3️⃣ Hop, Skip, Jump! – Fitness Stations

Concept: Importance of exercise
Materials Required:
  • Skipping ropes
  • 4 activity station sheets (Duck Walk Zone, Frog Jump Zone, Cat Run Zone, Skipping Zone)
How to Do:
  • Create 4 fitness corners in the playground/classroom.
  • Group children and rotate them every 1 minute.
  • Children perform each movement happily.

How to Do:
  • Show one picture at a time.
  • Students respond by saying “Safe” or “Unsafe”.
  • Discuss why some places are unsafe.

6️⃣ Stranger Danger Skit

Concept: Safety from strangers
Materials Required:
  • Role-play cards (Stranger giving sweets, offering lift, asking to follow)
How to Do:
  • Two students act as strangers.
