1️⃣ Healthy Routine Sorting Game
Concept: Personal hygiene & daily habitsMaterials Required:
- Picture cards (brushing, eating junk food, dirty nails, bathing, etc.)
- Two baskets/boxes labelled: Healthy Habits & Unhealthy Habits
- Show children the picture cards.
- Ask students to come one by one and place the card in the correct basket.

Concept: Traditional cleaning methods (neem twig, shikakai, reetha)Materials Required:
- Neem or babool twigs (optional)
- Chart to note down children’s findings
- Ask children to talk to their grandparents about cleaning habits used in old times.
- In class, every child shares one traditional method.
- Show neem/babool twigs and explain how they were used.
3️⃣ Hop, Skip, Jump! – Fitness Stations
Concept: Importance of exerciseMaterials Required:
- Skipping ropes
- 4 activity station sheets (Duck Walk Zone, Frog Jump Zone, Cat Run Zone, Skipping Zone)
- Create 4 fitness corners in the playground/classroom.
- Group children and rotate them every 1 minute.
- Children perform each movement happily.
4️⃣ “Name the Game!” Board Activity
Concept: Indoor vs outdoor gamesMaterials Required:
- Pictures of chess, ludo, football, cricket, kite, etc.
- Two chart papers labelled “Indoor Games” & “Outdoor Games”
- Display game pictures from the lesson.
- Ask students to classify them under indoor or outdoor.
- Ask: “Which games make your mind strong? Which make your body strong?”
5️⃣ Safe or Unsafe? – Role Play
Concept: Safe places to playMaterials Required:
- Flashcards of places (park, schoolground, busy road, construction site)
- Show one picture at a time.
- Students respond by saying “Safe” or “Unsafe”.
- Discuss why some places are unsafe.
6️⃣ Stranger Danger Skit
Concept: Safety from strangersMaterials Required:
- Role-play cards (Stranger giving sweets, offering lift, asking to follow)
- Two students act as strangers.
- Other children practice saying: “No, thank you. I don’t know you.”
- Repeat with different situations.
7️⃣ Make Your Own Weekly Health Table
Concept: Tracking habits (sleep, brushing, food, screen time)Materials Required:
- Health table worksheet (or notebook)
- Students fill a one-day or full-week health table.
- Ask them to note how they felt each day.
- Discuss patterns: “I feel good when I sleep well.”
8️⃣ 24-Hours Daily Circle Chart
Concept: Balanced lifestyle through time managementMaterials Required:
- A circle divided into 24 slices
- Colour pencils
- Give students a blank 24-slice circle chart.
- Children fill and colour slices:
- Sleep
- Eating
- Studying
- Playing
- TV/Mobile
- Other activities
- Discuss why a balanced day is important.
